Web 101

This class will introduce, perhaps re-introduce the internet and web design. The class covers the basic of HTML coding, and focuses on designing with cascading style sheets (CSS), implementing javascript, touching on embedding video/audio with and without flash. While the emphasis will be on hand coding the languages in question, Dreamweaver will be presented as an option, allowing students to find the right fit for them. Requirements: interest in learning the power of the net and web 2.0. Class taught in our computer lab where each student get their own workstation. Class limit 8
