1/ WHEN IS THE EVENT?
Thursday, September 22, 2005 from 6:00-10:00 pm
2/ WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING?
Cocktails are from 6pm7:15pm, then dinner, entertainment, auction and the presentation of the Anne Focke Arts Leadership Award. The menu for dinner is a selection of Asian Fusion dishes including many delicious options for vegetarians.
3/ WHERE IS THE EVENT?
Naval Reserve Center at South Lake Union Park at the south end of Lake Union (860 Terry Ave. N.) There is no dedicated parking lot but there are several city and private lots within a short walking distance.
4/ HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT COST?
Tickets are $125 per person / $1,500 for a Table of ten/ $2,000 for a Sponsor Table of Ten. Purchase tickets online or call Dan at (206) 682 6552 x 15 with your ticket order.
5/ HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE EVENT?
You do not need to RSVP. Simply reply to the invitation by purchasing tickets through the mail or on the webpage.

911 Media Arts Centeršs 21st Birthday and the establishment of the Anne Focke Arts Leadership Award
7/ WHAT IS THE ANNE FOCKE ARTS LEADERSHIP AWARD?
911 Media Art Center is instituting an annual award to recognize individuals in our community who champion the arts through their visionary leadership and innovation. The award is named after Anne Focke who founded 911 Media Arts Center in 1984.
8/ WHO IS ANNE FOCKE?
Annešs career parallels the history of the arts in our community and nationally over the years-- Through her career, she has founded, or collaborated to start new organizations and programs, including: and/or, an alternative arts space; Artech a fine art art-service company; CoCA, the Center on Contemporary Art, and Artist Trust, a nonprofit organization that supports Washington state artists. Since 1999, she has been the executive director of Grantmakers in the Arts, a national membership organization for arts philanthropists.
